  • Guest：Staff was very courteous and helpful, and our check in included a welcome cocktail which was a nice touch. The room was nice, clean, though we booked for two adults and there was only one robe. When we asked about a second they informed us that they didn't have any more...odd. But my biggest complaint was the lack of soundproofing. Being downtown on the weekend, it was sirens all night, which is not unexpected, but even on the 5th floor it felt like they were driving through our room. For a 4 diamond hotel, I would have expected a quieter stay. We had a nice getaway, but would not pay to stay again.
  • Guest：Very convenient walk from event center for concert. Nice place. Over all good stay.
  • Guest：Great hotel with great Jazz club. Beware cliente. The rating would have been excellent, but it all got let down on the last night with both a half day Wifi outage that also took out the TV so allowed no in room entertainment. No offer of alternatives given. Also to top this a client wedding turned into a ruckus of crying door slamming and shouting to 1 am.
